Excellent standard, top quality decor, comfortable beds, sparkling clean and spacious bathroom, legendary breakfast, quiet location.
Not obvious to find.

Excellent and friendly staff. They even upgraded me to a larger room with a balcony. The room was modern and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. Although, I arrived late and they were very accommodating. I'll definitely be staying there again.

This hotel is a little gem! For a 3 star hotel, it came closer to a 4 star for me. We were given an upgrade to a superior double room, and were delighted to find a king-sized bed. The room and bathroom were spacious, spotless and attractive. There was a balcony with chairs. The breakfast buffet was the most attractively laid out of any I have seen, also the tables. This is a small hotel, 16 rooms, and the personal touch is very much in evidence. Those who must have a mini-bar and big screen TV are welcome to go elsewhere. For us, the Hotel Vergeiner was ideal. We did not try the sauna and steam bath, but were welcome to do so, and large, fluffy white robes were provided in the room. The location is not far from the town, (we had no problem rolling our cases from the station), but far enough to be quiet in this popular resort.
Not a problem for us, but just for the information of those with mobility problems, there are outside steps and indoor stairs to deal with.

This hotel is in a great location, close to the center of town and only a short walk from the train station. From some rooms, there are excellent views of the skijumps. the room was comfortable and spacious with a modern TV and key card entry, and the bathroom was clean and sparkling. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service.
The hotel could benefit from more common spaces to sit and relax.

The location is good, in the middle of the village. Quiet. Clean hotel. breakfast is good. People are friendly. Parking is good.
The beds are terrible. Only an matras on board. One cannot play golf after a night on these beds. No restaurant. No lobby to sit and rest. No bar. No mini bar. It is like pension.

The breakfast was good and the location was convenient. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. the hotel had its own parking lot which was a plus. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The room was really small and cramped. the television was positioned awkwardly on the wall which made it difficult to watch.

Loved that it is family run. People were very friendly, room was nice and food at breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend!
Two single beds pushed together instead of a double even in a superior room? Maybe this is an Austrian thing as it was the same in another hotel we stayed at.

Great view from room balcony, amazing breakfast with a good variety of food, and the location was convenient for exploring the area.
Our room was not clean on arrival, and it took too long for them to fix it. The hotel amenities were underdeveloped, and the Wi-Fi was poor.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to transportation and just a short walk away from the town center. The view of the skijumps from the hotel is a nice touch. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast was amazing, with freshly prepared eggs and a variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Nothing to complain about at all.
